Simply Gluten Free was created for my daughter, Gabriella. She was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the age of 5, back in 2012—a time when very few gluten-free options were available.

Like any parent, I wanted her to be able to enjoy the same fun treats as everyone else. So we started making them at home—funnel cakes, fried favorites, and all the classic fair foods—just in a way that was safe for her.

Fast forward to 2024, we launched our first event, turning that personal mission into something we could share with others. Our goal is simple: to continue growing while giving families the same opportunity—to enjoy great food without worry.

At Simply Gluten Free, we understand how important it is to avoid cross-contamination. That’s why we take pride in operating a dedicated gluten-free setup.

Our food trucks and food concessions serve Kingston, Saugerties, Woodstock, Bloomington, Kerhonkson, Accord, New Paltz, and all of Ulster County. We also serve Rhinebeck, Red Hook, Poughkeepsie, and all of Dutchess County.
